Caregiving is also a responsibility. Caregiving comes in many and varied forms. It is not always of the medical sort. Sometimes it is as a supervisor or manager of people. Make sure you view and respect those opportunities in a similar manner. As you continue to work, there may be times when other employees are assigned to you to complete specific tasks. Your responsibility will be to not only ensure that the work is done responsibly, but also to supervise the employees properly. This is caregiving, too.
