Affirm That Which is Good
Self-talk is powerful. Reciting Scriptures is even more powerful. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7” You can find many free self-affirmations by Googling. Make sure your affirmations are specific to you. Add them to your morning routine and memorize them so you can easily recall them in difficult moments. Following are a couple of affirmations to get you going. Tailor them to yourself.
